2. Data, Purposes, and Recipients

EraRecipes may process information submitted through newsletter and contact forms, as well as technical information needed for hosting, security, consent management, and any analytics that a visitor has allowed.

The main purposes are to operate and secure the site, respond to inquiries, send requested newsletters, measure performance where permitted, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

Information may be processed by hosting, security, email, analytics, and other providers listed in the Privacy Policy. EraRecipes does not sell personal information.

EraRecipes does not currently use personal data to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing.

5. How to Submit a Request

Use the Contact page and write “GDPR Request” in the subject or message, or email [email protected].

Include enough information to identify the relevant interaction, such as the email address used for a newsletter subscription or contact message. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically request them through a secure method.

We normally respond without undue delay and within one month. The period may be extended where permitted for complex or numerous requests, and we will explain an extension when required.

Requests are generally free. A reasonable fee or refusal may be permitted when a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

6. Cookies and Consent

Strictly necessary technologies may be used to deliver and secure the website. Analytics, marketing, and other non-essential technologies should be activated only after consent where the law requires it.

A visitor can use the website’s consent controls, when shown, to reject optional cookies or change a previous choice. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

EraRecipes does not claim that a provider participates in a specific transfer framework unless that provider and transfer have been verified.
