Buttery Garlic Parmesan Corn

Fresh corn on the cob boiled until tender, brushed with garlic butter, and finished with parmesan, parsley, salt, and black pepper. This Garlic Parmesan Corn on the Cob is simple, hot, savory, and easy to serve.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears fresh corn husked
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the corn and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, until tender. Drain well.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic.
  4. Brush the garlic butter over the hot corn on the cob.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Serve immediately while hot.

Notes

Brush the corn while hot so the butter absorbs well.
Finely grated parmesan sticks best.
Best served right after topping.
