- Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or parchment paper.
- Place flour in a shallow bowl, then roll chicken tenders in it until coated.
- Prepare two separate bowls. In one bowl, whisk together egg and milk. In the second bowl, mix bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken pieces into the egg wash, then into the seasoned bread crumbs. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with all chicken tenders.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, heat BBQ sauce, ketchup, and honey in a small saucepan over low heat. Whisk until smooth.
- When chicken is done, brush the tenders with warm sauce and serve.
Notes
Brush the glaze on after baking for the best texture.
