- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
- Brush both sides of each fillet with the olive oil and spice mixture until evenly coated.
- Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer so they are not touching.
- Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, until the tilapia is lightly browned and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the air fryer. If using, squeeze lemon wedges over the fillets and garnish with parsley before serving.
