Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine cubed watermelon, red onion, feta, and mint.
  2. Stir gently until ingredients are well combined.
  3. Drizzle lightly with balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze, if using.
  4. Serve chilled.

Notes

Use cold watermelon for the best texture.
Add balsamic close to serving if using.
Serve the same day for the freshest result.
