- Add the watermelon cubes to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain the blended watermelon through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove pulp.
- In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and 1/2 cup water. Heat and stir until the sugar dissolves, then remove from heat.
- Add the sugar syrup to the pitcher with the watermelon juice.
